Vice President of Operations and Sales. Dwayne Spitzer is directly responsible for the overall operations for the Best Western in Sayre, Matamoras and Ithaca and additionally the Comfort Inn in New York City and Ithaca.

Syed M. Zaman (Vice President of Corporate finance) supervises the corporate accounting department , as well as Hotel Accounting staff and provides financial information to all levels of management. He establishes and implements internal controls and internal financial audit while assisting with the strategic planning of the company.
